Referral programme
Referral programme terms
These terms govern the Pritect referral programme run by White Label Consultancy AS, Norway ("Pritect", "we"). By registering an introduction you agree to them.
1. Who can take part
Anyone aged 18 or over may take part, except employees and contractors of Pritect. You may not refer your own employer, or any organisation whose purchasing decision you take part in or can influence, including through a supervisory, regulatory or procurement role.
2. Registering an introduction
You must register an introduction in the referrer portal before any meeting between Pritect and the prospect. The prospect must have agreed to be introduced. Only introductions that Pritect accepts count. You confirm the declarations shown in the portal each time you register, and we keep a record of the version you confirmed.
3. What qualifies
We accept an introduction when the organisation has 100 or more employees or works in a regulated sector, the person owns or influences the GRC budget, there is a named need, and the organisation could realistically buy within 12 months. We decide in our reasonable discretion and tell you the reason if we decline.
4. Protection and duplicates
An accepted introduction is protected for 12 months from acceptance. Only one reward is paid per organisation, and the first accepted registration wins. Organisations already in our sales pipeline, or already registered by someone else, do not qualify.
5. Meeting reward
You earn a meeting reward when the prospect takes a verified next step after the first meeting: a second meeting with more stakeholders, a sandbox trial, or a request for a proposal. Attending a first demo on its own earns nothing. You may choose AirPods, headphones from another brand, a donation of equal value to a charity, or, if you have earned a reward before, a gift card. Each reward is approved by two Pritect staff. No more than four meeting rewards are paid to the same referrer in a calendar quarter.
6. Close reward
If the prospect becomes a customer, you earn 40% of the subscription revenue, excluding VAT, invoiced for the first contract year, recorded as the customer pays each invoice. Commission becomes payable six months after the contract starts. If the customer cancels within those six months, commission for that customer is reversed, and any amount already paid is set off against future payouts. Payouts are made in euros by bank transfer. Payouts above EUR 5,000 are approved by two Pritect staff.
7. Payment details and tax
We ask for your payout and tax details only when a payout is being prepared. You are responsible for any tax due on rewards and commission. We may report payments to tax authorities where the law requires.
8. Your conduct
Your declarations must be true. You must follow your employer’s policies and applicable anti-bribery law, and must not send unsolicited bulk messages in connection with the programme. If a declaration is untrue, or these terms are broken, we may decline the introduction and withhold or reclaim rewards.
9. Transparency
When we accept an introduction, we tell the prospect who introduced them and that the referrer may receive a reward under this programme.
10. Personal data
We process your data and the prospect’s contact details to run the programme, as described in the privacy notice shown in the portal. Personal data in declined, duplicate or expired referrals is deleted six months after the referral closes. Shipping addresses are deleted 30 days after delivery. Payout records are kept for five years to meet bookkeeping obligations.
11. Changes and ending the programme
We may change or end the programme by updating these terms. Changes do not affect introductions already accepted, or rewards already earned.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and the courts of Oslo have jurisdiction.
If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
