AI You Can Hand To A Lawyer
Most legal AI produces something plausible and leaves you to check it. We built the checking in. Every claim the AI makes about your contract arrives with the evidence attached, and the things it could not determine are recorded as undetermined rather than quietly scored.
Every finding carries its quote
When the review flags a clause, it quotes the clause, and that quote is checked against your document automatically. A quote that cannot be located is escalated for human review rather than presented as fact.
The AI proposes, your team decides
Triage suggests a classification, a priority and an owner, with its reasoning for each. It never creates the request, and it cannot suggest someone who is not on your legal team. Where it does not have enough to go on, it says so instead of guessing.
What it could not assess is on the record
Scored against your negotiating positions, every position gets an answer, including "not determined". An incomplete review can never come back looking better than a complete one. That is a deliberate design decision, not an accident.
Redlines you can actually send
Accepted revisions export as tracked changes inside your original Word file, so your formatting, numbering and styles survive and the counterparty can accept or reject clause by clause.
Your Positions, Not A Generic Template
The review grades a contract against your negotiating positions, not a generic sense of market standard. Each position states where you would like to land, what you will still accept under pressure, and the term that ends the deal.
A liability position, as the platform ships it:
Preferred
Mutual cap at 12 months of fees paid or payable, with carve-outs for confidentiality, IP indemnity, data protection breach, gross negligence and wilful misconduct.
Fallback
Cap up to 24 months of fees, or a supercap of 2x to 3x for data and security breaches, provided the wilful misconduct carve-out survives.
Walk away
Unlimited liability for us while the counterparty is capped, or any cap applying to gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
So instead of "this liability clause is unusual", you get "this sits beyond the fallback you approved, and here is the wording you said you would accept".

Regulatory checklists
Covering the agreements you actually sign
MSAs, SaaS subscriptions, NDAs, DPAs, employment contracts, commercial leases, distribution and reseller agreements, software licences, outsourcing, supply, consultancy, statements of work and transitional services. Clone one and tailor it, or write your own from scratch.
Alongside them, regulatory floor checklists for GDPR Article 28, DORA Article 30, the EU AI Act and NIS2, so a contract can be measured against the law as well as against your commercial stance.
Both sides of the table
Every playbook knows which side you are on. The same document reviewed as the customer and as the supplier produces different advice, which is how it should be. A term that favours your side is not a finding.
- Positions apply in the legal workbench and in supplier due diligence
- Negotiation history survives when you edit a position
- Playbooks route from the contract type, or wait for you to choose
